Setting the rack supports at a level just below the point the barbell would be when the back knee is down,position yourself under the bar with durable hip/knee position,"semi-good-morning" the bar up so the legs are loaded in the down position, then stand up strong! Being able to assume strong position before being loaded allows for a stronger rep!
